PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Continuous monitor of progress.
- Coordination between different trades.
- Hold regular meetings with the Client to update regarding ongoing progress.
- Review the Time Schedule prepared and submitted and ensure its abidance with the Project Time Schedule.
- Regularly monitor progress against initial project plan, and try to
contain any delays. - Establish Project Dossier and ensure proper project documentation.
